By accessing or using Popsee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Popsee is a website survey platform that allows you to create and deploy surveys on your website, collect responses from visitors, and analyze the results. Our service includes a dashboard for managing surveys and an embeddable widget for displaying surveys.
Account Registration
To use Popsee, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Free Tier and Pricing
Popsee offers a free tier that includes 100 lifetime responses. Once you exceed this limit, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue collecting responses. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
The free tier is limited to one account per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Popsee to:
- Collect sensitive personal information (health, financial, etc.) without proper consent and security measures
- Conduct surveys that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware or malicious content through surveys
- Harass, spam, or deceive website visitors
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Your Content
You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the responses you collect. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect any data from your website visitors and that your surveys comply with applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
Popsee and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Popsee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popsee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of Popsee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
